What you'll do over six weeks.
Build systems for managing your habits, priorities, energy, and commitments so you can make progress consistently.
Learn how to reach out, ask for advice, build genuine relationships, and intentionally expand the people you can learn from.
Start seeing problems you can solve, needs you can meet, and ways you can make yourself useful.
Practice figuring things out using modern tools, just-in-time learning, and the resources available to you. Build practical systems for managing your money and making progress toward a meaningful financial goal.
Practice turning initiative into opportunity by researching real needs, communicating value, and putting yourself out there.
Bring everything together by reflecting on what you've learned about yourself, exploring the possibilities ahead, and identifying your next move.
Incubate builds skills you can use wherever you go. Once you complete it, you can continue into Accelerate, the six-month second phase of Praxis, on one of two tracks: Career Launch Track or Entrepreneur Track. In week 5, you'll tell us which direction you're leaning, or that you don't know yet. Moving on to Accelerate depends on the effort and readiness you show in Incubate.
I began Incubate believing that I needed to find the right path before I could start walking. I left realizing that I could start walking and learn more about the path along the way. ... I have the confidence and building blocks to build the self-starting career I want.
It was a great learning environment all through the program. To have someone leading me through the program, peers to look to for inspiration, and a great mentor; it creates an environment for growth.
Since starting Praxis, ... I met some of my best friends and learned among some incredible people, and was taught and mentored by CEOs and professionals within the tech startup world. Here's to breaking the mold.
Six weeks, online, alongside people who are serious about building their future.

Incubate is designed for ambitious young adults who know they’re capable of more and want to get clear on the future they want to build while gaining the confidence and tools to take ownership of making it happen.
No. You do not need to have your career figured out before joining Incubate. The program will help you better understand yourself, explore what matters to you, and gain clarity on the future you want to start building.
Incubate starts with personal development rather than training you for a specific career. Professional development and career preparation come in Accelerate, the second phase of the experience.
You'll first tell us your preference in Week 5 of Incubate. If you're not sure yet, choose "I don't know yet" and your program lead will reach out to help you think it through.
You'll make your choice when you enroll in Accelerate, via a checkbox on the payment form. We ask before Accelerate starts so we can match you with a mentor who fits your track and will stay with you the whole way. This also gives you the chance to go through the program with an eye for your end goal, whether that's landing a job or launching a business.
Both tracks start with the same nine weeks of business foundations. The specific tracks begin in Week 10, so everything you do in the first nine weeks applies to either track.
Please choose carefully, since your mentor and cohort are set up around your track. Both tracks share the first nine weeks of business foundations, so if you're having second thoughts, talk to your program lead as early as you can.
Once your track begins in Week 10, you can't switch. Joining a new track partway through would put you behind your new cohort and disrupt your mentor relationship.
If your track starts to feel challenging, that's normal. Both tracks are designed to stretch you. Talk to your program lead and your mentor. They're there to provide you with support.
Each week follows a clear rhythm and requires about 10 to 15 hours. On Monday, the week’s curriculum unlocks, and you can work through it on your own schedule. You will also join your cohort for one live, hour-long call at the same scheduled time each week. Your deliverable for the week is due on Sunday.
Yes. Incubate is designed to fit alongside a job, school, or other commitments. Plan to dedicate about 10 to 15 hours per week. Most of that time is flexible and can be completed on your own schedule, with one live cohort call each week that lasts about an hour.
Build the self-awareness, confidence, habits, and community to take ownership of your life and what comes next.
Next cohort starts Monday, January 11, 2027 · Weekly call Tuesdays, 2:00 pm ET · $850
