Accelerate Program Terms and Conditions

Accelerate is the second phase of the Praxis Program, and admission is highly selective, reflecting the effort, growth, and professionalism participants demonstrate in Incubate. This second phase is designed to launch careers through intensive coaching, skill-building, and a guaranteed job offer. By submitting payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and contact us at info@joinpraxis.com with any questions.

1. Program Structure

The Accelerate program is a 6-month, fully online intensive program designed to prepare participants for full-time employment in marketing, sales, operations, customer success, and other related fields. It includes:

  • One-on-one and group mentorship.
  • Career-focused projects and interview preparation.
  • Professional communication coaching.

Optional in-person meetups may be offered, with no obligation to attend. Participants are responsible for any associated travel costs.

2. Program Eligibility

Participants must have successfully completed the Incubate program and be accepted through a separate application and interview process, evaluated based on engagement, professionalism, communication, work ethic, and growth mindset.

3. Job Offer Guarantee

3.1 Participation Requirements

Eligibility for the job offer guarantee is contingent on meeting participation, professionalism, and performance expectations as defined by Praxis. These expectations are outlined in the Job Offer Guarantee Eligibility Guidelines, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

To remain eligible, participants must cooperate fully with interview opportunities and related hiring processes, including responding to communications, engaging in interview preparation and follow-up, and conducting themselves professionally in all interactions, as further defined in the Eligibility Guidelines.

Failure to meet these expectations may result in loss of Job Offer Guarantee eligibility in accordance with the Eligibility Guidelines.

3.2 Revocation of Eligibility

Praxis reserves the right to revoke eligibility for the Job Offer Guarantee if a participant fails to meet participation, professionalism, or performance expectations as defined by Praxis and the Eligibility Guidelines.

Praxis may provide written notice when eligibility is affected. In cases of serious misconduct, dishonesty, or conduct that materially undermines trust with Praxis or hiring partners, eligibility may be revoked immediately at Praxis’s discretion.

All eligibility determinations are made by Praxis and communicated in writing.

3.3 Age and Work Eligibility

Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian submit payment and confirm agreement to these terms. Some employers may not hire minors due to legal or compliance restrictions. Praxis will make reasonable efforts to secure appropriate opportunities, but offers may be delayed until the participant turns 18. The job offer guarantee period may be extended at Praxis’s discretion to accommodate age-related constraints.

3.4 U.S. Citizenship Requirement

The job offer guarantee is available only to U.S. citizens who are eligible for full-time employment in the United States. Individuals who do not meet this requirement may still be admitted to Accelerate at Praxis’s discretion, but will not be eligible for the job offer guarantee. Praxis will make good-faith efforts to support all participants in their job search; however, those who do not meet the citizenship and employment eligibility requirements acknowledge that they are waiving any entitlement to a guaranteed job offer.

3.5 Relocation Willingness

Job offers may be located outside of a participant’s current geographic area. While participants are not required to accept any offer, they must be open to relocating in order to remain eligible for the job offer guarantee. Praxis cannot guarantee that any offer will align with geographic preferences. Any job offer given in good faith during the program will be considered as fulfilling the guarantee, regardless of whether the participant accepts it.

3.6 Single Job Offer & Fulfillment

Praxis guarantees one full-time job offer within 12 months of the official Accelerate start date, provided all participation, performance, and eligibility requirements are met. The offer may be remote or in-person and will align with the participant’s skills but may not match personal preferences (e.g., specific roles, locations, or compensation). Job offers may come from Praxis’s network of partner companies or through the participant’s supported job search during the program.

Once a job offer is received, Praxis’s guarantee obligation is fulfilled. Participants are not required to accept the offer, however, Praxis is not obligated to secure additional job offers if the initial offer is declined for any reason. If the participant accepts the job offer but the employment does not continue beyond the initial trial or onboarding period for any reason, Praxis will still consider the guarantee fulfilled and is not obligated to secure an additional offer.

3.7 Non-Fulfillment

If no offer is made within 12 months and the participant has met all requirements, Praxis will: (1) extend job search support for up to 6 additional months, (2) offer independent job search assistance, or (3) provide a full refund of tuition paid. The remedy will be determined on a case-by-case basis, prioritizing good-faith resolution.

3.8 Payment Requirement

Full tuition payment, per the selected payment plan, is required to remain eligible for the job offer guarantee. Late or missed payments may result in program removal and forfeiture of the guarantee.

3.9 Voluntary Waiver of Job Offer Guarantee

Not every participant joins Accelerate with the goal of securing a full-time job offer, and participation in the job offer guarantee is optional. A participant may voluntarily waive the Job Offer Guarantee at any time by providing written notice to info@joinpraxis.com. Choosing not to take advantage of the job offer guarantee is not a failure nor a penalty; it simply reflects a different focus.

Upon waiver, the participant remains fully enrolled in Accelerate and retains access to all curriculum, coaching, mentorship, workshops, and the opportunity to earn alumni status. However, the participant permanently relinquishes eligibility for the job offer guarantee and any remedies tied to it, including any refund obligations related to non-fulfillment, and is no longer subject to guarantee-related job hunt or interview requirements.

Waiving the guarantee does not change the expectation that the participant will continue participating in coursework, workshops, mentor sessions, and professional communication. A conversation with your mentor or program lead prior to waiving the guarantee is welcome, but not required.

If a participant later chooses to pursue a job search while still actively participating in the program, Praxis may support those efforts; however, once waived, the job offer guarantee will not be reinstated under any circumstances.

4. Alumni Status

Alumni status recognizes participants who complete the Accelerate program in good standing and reflects successful completion of the program as designed by Praxis.

4.1 Alumni Benefits and Community Access

Only participants who earn alumni status are eligible to access alumni-specific benefits, communities, or opportunities.

4.2 Earning Alumni Status

Alumni status is earned upon meaningful completion of the program and is not automatically granted based on enrollment, cohort end date, or time elapsed.

To earn alumni status, a participant must:

  • complete the Accelerate curriculum through its conclusion,
  • complete all assigned projects and coursework in good faith,
  • demonstrate consistent engagement and professional conduct,
  • maintain timely, professional, and proactive communication throughout the program, and
  • comply with all program expectations and participation standards.

Completion is determined by Praxis based on whether the participant has meaningfully completed the program as designed.

Participants may retain access to certain materials after the program concludes for continued personal or professional development. Continued access does not extend the program’s completion window or affect alumni status determination.

Alumni status is not contingent upon job placement outcomes, acceptance of a job offer, or participation in the Job Offer Guarantee.

4.3 Revocation of Alumni Status

In rare cases, alumni status may be revoked if Praxis determines that serious misconduct, dishonesty, or conduct that materially undermines trust with Praxis, other participants, or hiring partners has occurred. Such determinations are made at Praxis’s discretion to protect the integrity of the alumni community and Praxis’s relationships with participants and partners.

5. Tuition and Refund Policy

5.1 Program Cost

The total cost is $6,650 if paid upfront before the program start date, or $7,500 via an installment plan (two payments of $3,750, the first due before the program start date, the second due three months later). This is separate from the $850 Incubate fee.

5.2 Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: You may request a full refund of the program fee within 7 days of the program start date for any reason. To request a refund, email info@joinpraxis.com with your full name and contact details. Sharing a reason for the request is optional but appreciated. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving a valid request.
  • Upfront Payment – Voluntary Withdrawal: After the 7-day refund window but before three full months have passed from the Accelerate program start date, participants who paid in full up front may request a 50% refund.
  • Installment Plan – Voluntary Withdrawal: Participants who withdraw from the program after the 7-day refund period and before their second installment is due may request to cancel future billing. The first installment payment is non-refundable.
  • No Refunds After 3 Months: No refunds will be issued after three full months from the Accelerate program start date, regardless of payment method, except in cases of job guarantee non-fulfillment (see Section 3.7).

5.3 Program Cancellation by Praxis

If Praxis cancels the program before completion, participants receive a pro-rata refund based on the remaining program duration.

5.4 Missed Payments

Failure to complete the installment plan on schedule may result in program removal and forfeiture of the job offer guarantee. If the second installment payment is late, participants will be suspended from the Accelerate curriculum until payment is received. There is no financial penalty for late payment; however, the job offer guarantee will no longer apply. No refunds will be issued for missed or late payments.

5.5 Non-Compliance

Participants removed for misconduct, lack of engagement, or other violations of these terms are not eligible for refunds.

6. Participant Responsibilities

6.1 Professional Conduct

Participants must act with integrity and professionalism in all interactions with Praxis staff, mentors, hiring partners, peers, and others encountered throughout the program.

6.2 Active Engagement & Communication

Participants are expected to actively engage in the program and meet all participation, communication, and coursework requirements established by Praxis. Failure to maintain active engagement and proactive communication may result in written notice and corrective action, including suspension or removal from the program.

6.3 Misrepresentation

Providing false information (e.g., availability, skills, or intent to work) may result in immediate removal without refund.

6.4 Intellectual Property

All work created during the program (e.g., projects, portfolios) remains the participant’s property, but Praxis and its partners are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such work for program-related purposes (e.g., evaluation, promotion).

7. Your Privacy

7.1 Session Recording Notice

By participating in the program, you consent to the recording, transcription, and analysis of live virtual sessions including workshops, coaching calls, and group discussions to help improve the learning experience and support participant progress.

We may also collect standard participation data, such as attendance and session duration, to help us understand engagement and better support your progress. This information is used internally by the Praxis team and will not be shared publicly without your permission.

7.2 Data Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Praxis collects only the personal information necessary to administer the program (e.g., name, contact details, project submissions). This information is stored securely and is not shared with third parties outside the program without your consent, unless required by law. All data is handled in compliance with applicable U.S. privacy laws.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership and Use

All program materials, including mentorship content, project templates, session recordings, and other resources, are owned by Praxis. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or use these materials for any purpose other than participating in the program without written permission from Praxis. Unauthorized use or sharing may result in termination from the program without a refund.

8.2 Prohibited Use

You may not copy, transmit, or use program content in whole or in part for training machine learning models, language models, or any automated systems without explicit written permission.

9. Termination

Praxis reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any participant from Accelerate for behavior that disrupts the learning environment or violates the expectations outlined in these Terms and Conditions. This includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • Failure to follow program guidelines.
  • Harmful or illegal behavior (e.g., harassment, fraud, or violations of law).
  • Disruptive conduct that interferes with the program experience.
  • Ongoing lack of engagement (e.g., failure to attend sessions or complete deliverables).
  • Misrepresentation of identity, qualifications, or intent to participate.
  • Unauthorized use or distribution of program materials.

No refunds will be issued for terminations after the 7-day full refund period. Praxis may also bar participation in future programs in such cases.

10. Program Modifications

Praxis reserves the right to modify program content, schedules, delivery methods, tuition, or these terms at its discretion, with 14 days’ written notice to participants. Such changes will not affect the job offer guarantee for eligible participants. In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technological failures, pandemics, or other events beyond Praxis’s control), sessions may be suspended or rescheduled. Praxis will make reasonable efforts to deliver the full program experience.

11. Limitation of Liability

Praxis, its staff, mentors, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from program participation, including job outcomes or compensation. Success depends on participant effort and adherence to program expectations. Participation in Accelerate does not create an employment relationship between the participant and Praxis or its hiring partners.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Wilmington, Delaware. You agree to pursue arbitration before initiating any legal action, ensuring a fair and efficient resolution process. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding, except where arbitration is deemed unenforceable.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict of law principles. Any arbitration or legal proceedings will take place in Wilmington, Delaware.

14. Contact Information

For questions, refund requests, or other concerns, please email info@joinpraxis.com.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment for the Accelerate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. This agreement becomes binding upon payment and acknowledgment of these Terms.

If the participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the enrollment and confirm, at the time of payment, that both they and the participant have read and agreed to these Terms, and that they consent to the participant’s full involvement in the program, including communication with Praxis representatives via standard digital platforms.

Job Offer Guarantee Eligibility Requirements

The job offer guarantee is a serious commitment from Praxis. To remain eligible, you must show a serious commitment in return.

Eligibility depends on active participation in the Accelerate curriculum, consistent engagement in the job search process, and clear professional communication.

This document outlines the expectations required to remain eligible.

Job Offer Guarantee Eligibility and Enforcement

The Job Offer Guarantee requires active participation, professional conduct, and meaningful engagement in both the curriculum and job search process. Eligibility depends on meeting the expectations outlined in this document and within the Accelerate curriculum. Participants are responsible for reviewing and complying with job search requirements introduced in the curriculum.

If Praxis determines you are not meeting expectations, you will receive one official written warning identifying areas of concern, required corrective actions, and a timeframe for improvement.

If corrective actions are not completed within the specified timeframe, Praxis may revoke eligibility.

In cases of serious misconduct, eligibility may be revoked immediately.

All eligibility decisions are made by Praxis and communicated in writing.

1. Workshop Attendance

Live workshops are a required part of Accelerate. You are expected to attend each live workshop unless you communicate in advance with your cohort lead about an unavoidable conflict.

If you miss a workshop with advance notice, you must watch the full recording prior to the weekly deliverable deadline, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Missing a workshop without advance communication, or failing to watch the recording by the deadline, may place your Job Offer Guarantee eligibility at risk.

Repeated absences, even with advance notice, may also place eligibility at risk unless an ongoing scheduling conflict has been disclosed and approved in advance by your cohort lead.

2. Curriculum Completion and Project Deadlines

Accelerate modules are released weekly and are designed to be completed in sequence. Each week, you are expected to:

  • Complete the full module released that week
  • Complete all required projects and assignments
  • Submit required work by Sunday at 11:59pm Eastern time

Work submitted after the deadline is considered late. Consistent late delivery in a workplace setting would result in loss of employment. Praxis intends to model this idea. Therefore, consistent failure to meet the weekly deadline without proactive communication may place your Job Offer Guarantee eligibility at risk.

3. Mentor Call Engagement

Mentor calls are a required part of Accelerate and must be treated as professional commitments. You are expected to:

  • Attend all scheduled mentor calls.
  • Communicate and reschedule proactively if needed.
  • Come prepared with updates, questions, and progress.
  • Complete agreed-upon action steps between calls.
  • Demonstrate responsiveness to feedback.

4. Feedback and Growth

Receiving and learning from constructive feedback is a core part of Accelerate. If a Praxis team member or mentor gives you feedback, you are expected to:

  • take it seriously,
  • make reasonable changes,
  • and demonstrate improvement within one week, unless otherwise specified.

5. Professional Communication Standards

Professional communication is a core expectation in Accelerate. This standard applies to all professional communication, not just communication with Praxis.

You must respond within one business day to communication from Praxis team members, mentors, hiring partners, and companies you apply to or interview with. This applies across all communication channels.

You are expected to communicate clearly and respectfully, follow through on commitments, and close the loop after interviews, applications, and introductions.

6. Weekly Job Applications and Tracking

Once the Job Hunt module is introduced, you are expected to actively participate in the job search each week. By each Sunday at 11:59pm Eastern, you must complete all job hunt requirements outlined in the Accelerate curriculum. This includes:

  • Applying to roles in the quantity and manner specified in the curriculum
  • Submitting applications using the Praxis job hunt process (not generic or mass applications)
  • Completing required follow-up steps
  • Keeping your Opportunity Tracker accurate and up to date

Each week is evaluated independently. All required elements must be completed by the weekly deadline.

7. Interview Participation and Job Opportunities

You are expected to fully cooperate with the interview process once introductions or opportunities are provided or applied for. This includes:

  • Accepting interview opportunities
  • Attending scheduled interviews
  • Participating in mock interviews and interview coaching
  • Giving each interview your best professional effort, even if you are unsure about the role
  • Responding promptly and following up professionally

Interviewing is a skill developed through repetition. You are not expected to want every role you interview for, but you are expected to approach each interview as preparation for future opportunities.

Refusing interviews, repeatedly delaying interviews, disengaging from the process, or failing to follow up professionally may place your Job Offer Guarantee eligibility at risk.

8. Misconduct (Immediate Loss of Eligibility)

Serious misconduct, as defined in the Accelerate Terms and Conditions, may result in immediate revocation of Job Offer Guarantee eligibility.

All eligibility decisions are made by Praxis and will be communicated in writing.

Final Note

These expectations exist to protect your professional outcomes, hiring partner trust, and the integrity of the Accelerate program.

If you are unsure whether you are on track, ask early. Proactive communication matters.
