Welcome to Incubate, the first phase of the Praxis Program. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Incubate Program. By submitting payment, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully and contact us at admissions@joinpraxis.com with any questions.
1. Program Overview
1.1 Description
The Incubate Program is a 6-week, online skill-building and career preparation program designed for U.S. citizens aged 17–25. The program includes live mentorship sessions, projects, and peer engagement opportunities to help you develop foundational skills and boost your employability.
1.2 Prerequisite for Accelerate
Incubate is a prerequisite for applying to the selective Accelerate Program, the second phase of the Praxis Program. Acceptance into Accelerate is not guaranteed and requires a separate application, which will be evaluated based on criteria such as participation, project quality, and professional conduct, at Praxis’s sole discretion.
1.3 No Job Offer Guarantee
While Incubate equips you with valuable skills, it does not include a job offer guarantee, which is exclusive to the Accelerate Program. Participation in Incubate does not guarantee any specific outcomes, including job placement, earnings, or admission into the Accelerate Program. Results vary based on individual effort, experience, and external factors. Any examples of success provided are illustrative and not intended as promises or guarantees.
2. Eligibility and Participation
2.1 Age, Language, and Future Program Eligibility
The Incubate program is designed for English-speaking participants between the ages of 17 and 25. Individuals outside this age range may still be considered on a case-by-case basis at Praxis’s sole discretion. Because the program is delivered entirely in English, participants should be comfortable reading, writing, and communicating fluently in English to fully benefit from the experience.
Please note: Incubate is open to participants regardless of citizenship. However, acceptance into Accelerate (phase 2 of the full Praxis program) and eligibility for the job offer guarantee is limited to U.S. citizens due to employer requirements. Admission to Accelerate is also subject to an application and review process based on, but not limited to, your engagement, professionalism, and job-readiness demonstrated during Incubate. If you plan to apply to Accelerate, you must be a U.S. citizen at the time of your application.
If the participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must confirm agreement to these Terms and consent to full participation, including digital communications, at the time of enrollment.
2.2 Participation Expectations
To maximize the program’s value, you are expected to:
- Attend all live mentorship sessions, unless otherwise arranged.
- Complete all assigned projects by their deadlines.
- Engage respectfully with mentors and peers.
Consistent participation may influence eligibility for the Accelerate Program.
3. Your Privacy
3.1 Session Recording Notice
By participating in the program, you consent to the recording, transcription, and analysis of live virtual sessions including workshops, coaching calls, and group discussions to help improve the learning experience and support participant progress.
We may also collect standard participation data, such as attendance and session duration, to help us understand engagement and better support your progress. This information is used internally by the Praxis team and will not be shared publicly without your permission.
3.2 Data Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Praxis collects only the personal information necessary to administer the program (e.g., name, contact details, project submissions). This information is stored securely and is not shared with third parties outside the program without your consent, unless required by law. All data is handled in compliance with applicable U.S. privacy laws.

5. Refund Policy
5.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

5.2 Processing
Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving a valid request.
5.3 No Refunds After 7 Days
No refunds will be issued for requests received more than 7 days after the program start date, regardless of circumstances. You agree to contact Praxis directly to resolve any payment concerns before disputing a charge with your bank or payment provider.
6. Participant Responsibilities
6.1 Active Participation
To get the most out of Incubate, you are strongly encouraged to fully engage in live sessions, complete projects, and collaborate respectfully with peers. A consistent track record of participation is a key factor in evaluating eligibility for the Accelerate Program. Failure to meet participation expectations may affect your eligibility for future program offerings.
6.2 Professional Conduct
You are expected to maintain a professional attitude and communicate respectfully with mentors and peers. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to, harassment, discrimination, disruptive conduct, or any illegal activities. Violations may result in termination from the program without a refund.
7. Termination
Praxis reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any participant from Incubate for behavior that disrupts the learning environment or violates the expectations outlined in these Terms and Conditions. This includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Failure to follow program guidelines.
- Harmful or illegal behavior (e.g., harassment, fraud, or violations of law).
- Disruptive conduct that interferes with the program experience.
- Ongoing lack of engagement (e.g., failure to attend sessions or complete projects).
- Misrepresentation of identity, qualifications, or intent to participate.
- Unauthorized use or distribution of program materials.
No refunds will be issued for terminations after the 7-day refund period. Praxis may also bar participation in future programs in such cases.
8. Program Modifications
Praxis may modify program content, schedules, or delivery methods (e.g., rescheduling a session or switching to a different virtual platform) with reasonable notice to participants (at least 48 hours when feasible). In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or technology outages), sessions may be suspended or rescheduled without liability. Praxis is committed to making every reasonable effort to deliver the full program experience, even if adjustments are required.
9. Alumni Status and Benefits
Only participants who successfully complete the Accelerate Program are considered Praxis alumni and are eligible for alumni benefits, such as networking opportunities and events. Completing the Incubate Program alone does not confer alumni status or associated benefits.
10. Limitation of Liability
Praxis, its staff, mentors, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program, including but not limited to technical disruptions or mentor availability. Praxis’s total liability is limited to the program fee you paid. Participation in Incubate does not guarantee specific career outcomes, job offers, job placements, or acceptance into the Accelerate Program.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Wilmington, Delaware. You agree to pursue arbitration before initiating any legal action, ensuring a fair and efficient resolution process. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding, except where arbitration is deemed unenforceable.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict of law principles. Any arbitration or legal proceedings will take place in Wilmington, Delaware.

By submitting payment for the Incubate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. This agreement becomes binding upon payment and acknowledgment of these Terms.
If the participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the enrollment and confirm, at the time of payment, that both they and the participant have read and agreed to these Terms, and that they consent to the participant’s full involvement in the program, including communication with Praxis representatives.
